Integration with Slack, Airtable, OpenAI, and Make.com
2. User Eligibility
To use ClientBot, you must:
Be 18+ years old

3. Acceptable Use
By using ClientBot, you agree not to:
Attempt to reverse engineer or clone the bot’s design, logic, or prompts
Share or resell the bot, its content, or its responses without permission
Use the bot for illegal, abusive, or deceptive purposes

By purchasing a ClientBot plan, you agree to:
Pay all applicable setup and subscription fees as listed
Allow recurring billing through our payment provider (Stripe)
Understand that all payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
If a payment fails or your account becomes inactive, your bot may be disabled until payment is resolved.
5. Ownership & IP
All content, prompts, workflows, and design elements in ClientBot are owned by us. You are granted a license to use the bot in your business but not to modify, replicate, or redistribute any part of the system.
“ClientBot” is our brand and may not be used or imitated without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
We aim for reliable, helpful service — but we make no guarantees around:
Uptime, accuracy, or response quality
Suitability for your exact use case or compliance needs
Slack’s availability or third-party tool behavior
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
7. Cancellation & Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:
Access to support and updates ends at the end of your billing cycle
Your Slack bot may be deactivated unless otherwise arranged
Your Airtable data remains yours — we will not delete anything unless asked
We may suspend or terminate service at any time with notice, especially in the case of abuse, non-payment, or misuse.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Major updates will be shared via Slack or email. Your continued use of ClientBot after updates means you accept the changes.
