Getting Started with ClientBot 

ClientBot is a purpose-built AI teammate designed to operate natively inside Slack channels, enhancing client communication with intelligence and precision. Powered by a combination of leading platforms — including Airtable, Make, OpenAI, and Slack — ClientBot actively listens when invited into channels and intelligently tracks key context, conversations, and client-specific insights.

When tagged, it generates highly relevant, context-aware replies, referencing its dynamic memory of past interactions. Its proprietary training and workflows allow it to adapt to each channel’s needs, delivering personalized support without manual oversight.

ClientBot doesn’t just respond — it learns the channel's style, evolving alongside your client relationships to help teams stay sharp, responsive, and effortlessly aligned.

ClientBot Implementation

Every ClientBot purchase comes with a custom implementation. This process typically takes 2-3 business days.

After checkout, you will be presented a form to provide details on the exact role and tone you want for your bot. Also the names of the client channels you plan to add ClientBot to. You will then follow the Slack private app guide- this is how you will get your custom branded ClientBot into your org. There is one follow-up step, where we will provide a webhook that you need to verify in your Slack. At this point, you will be able to invite your ClientBot to your specified channels and get started right away. And for assistance throughout this process or to inquire about adding custom workflows to your ClientBot for an optional added fee, you may email: hello@TryClientBot.com

Slack Setup Guide (Step Three)

We made an easy to follow guide for setting up your private ClientBot app in Slack. We will be able to connect this to our database and backend logic (the magic that makes the bot work!)
